Day One: 190 Pounds - Feb 2, 2009
I’ve been told:
“I’d date you if you lost weight”
“your sister would be hot if she lost weight”
If I went on a blind date the other person would hear she’s “got a pretty face and great personality” translation? She’s fat.
Tomorrow I start the diet. I’m going to start very strict and then slowly allow all foods back into my diet. Please follow along to support me, cheer me on or learn and relate to my struggles.
I’m 24, A female, 5'4" and 190 Big Ones.
